information within the organization. It allows users to retrieve stakeholder
details, roles, and organizational structures. This API helps manage
organizational hierarchies and stakeholder roles, ensuring the accurate
tracking of individuals and their associated responsibilities within
different levels of the enterprise.
**Universal Technology Register API (universal-technology-register1.0.1):**
Description: The Universal Technology Register (UTR) API provides access to
a central registry of technology systems, applications, and their respective
deployments. This API includes functionality for retrieving detailed
information about technology assets, their current deployment instances, and
how these instances are used across different departments and regions. It
helps manage the lifecycle and critical attributes of technology assets in
the organization.
**TIR API (tir-1.0.1):**
Description: The TIR API provides access to the Technology Investment Register (TIR),
which is classified as a Test or Proof of Concept (POC) Application. The TIR
represents applications created during the preliminary stages, prior to formal
approvals, to validate concepts and functionality. This API allows users to
retrieve, manage, and track these TIR instances. Once validated and approved,
these applications are rolled out organization-wide.

Terms of Service
1. Introduction
Welcome to the Integrated Architectures Universe, a suite of APIs including
the TC Keys API, Stakeholders API, and Universal Technology Register API.
These APIs are designed to streamline the management of technology costs,
stakeholder roles, and technology assets within the organization. By
accessing or using any of the provided APIs, you agree to comply with and be
bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to and using the APIs within the Integrated Architectures
Universe, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these
Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not permitted
to use these APIs.
3. API Usage and Access
Authorized Use: Access to the APIs is restricted to authenticated users who
have been approved for a subscription under the Integrated Architectures
Universe Plan. The APIs are intended solely for use within authorized
business contexts related to technology cost management, stakeholder
management, and technology asset registry.
Rate Limits: Usage of the APIs is subject to hard rate limits. The
Integrated Architectures Universe Plan permits a maximum of 100 requests per
hour. Once the rate limit is reached, further requests will be blocked until
the next hour.
Modification of Access: We reserve the right to modify or revoke access to
the APIs at any time, with or without notice, for users who violate these
terms or abuse the service.
Client ID and Secret Confidentiality: Each application accessing the APIs is
allocated a unique Client ID and Secret. This information is provided
strictly for use by the authorized application and must not be shared with
any other parties. Failure to maintain the confidentiality of the Client ID
and Secret will result in the immediate termination of access to the APIs
and possible removal of your application from the platform.
4. Data Privacy and Security
Confidentiality: The APIs may expose sensitive information related to
technology costs, organizational roles, and technology assets. Users must
ensure that this data is handled in compliance with internal policies and
any applicable laws and regulations governing data privacy and security.
Authentication and Authorization: Users must authenticate with the required
credentials and access tokens before using the APIs. Access is restricted to
authorized users and must not be shared with unauthorized parties. Each
application's unique Client ID and Secret must be kept confidential and not
shared.
5. API Documentation
The Integrated Architectures Universe provides access to three core APIs:
TC Keys API: Enables management and retrieval of Technology Cost Key data,
including financial metadata.
Stakeholders API: Manages and retrieves information on organizational
stakeholders, including roles and hierarchy.
Universal Technology Register API: Accesses and manages information on
technology assets and their deployment instances.
Detailed API documentation is available to subscribers and provides specific
guidance on API usage, endpoints, and response structures.
6. Subscription and Plan
Integrated Architectures Universe Plan: This plan offers access to all three
APIs under the stated rate limits, with a hard limit of 100 requests per
hour. Once the rate limit is reached, further API calls will be blocked for
the remainder of the hour. Access is restricted to authenticated users
within the organization.
Modifications to the Plan: We reserve the right to modify the rate limits,
subscription terms, or API features under the Integrated Architectures
Universe Plan. Changes will be communicated to subscribers with reasonable
notice.
7. API Availability and Service Level
Downtime and Maintenance: The APIs are hosted on the Datapower API Gateway
and are designed for high availability. However, there may be occasional
downtime due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues. We
will endeavor to notify users of planned downtime.
Service Interruptions: We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the APIs.
Service interruptions may occur, and we will not be held liable for any
damages resulting from API unavailability.
8. Limitations of Liability
Disclaimer of Warranties: The APIs are provided on an "as-is" and
"as-available" basis. We disclaim any warranties, express or implied,
including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, reliability, and
fitness for a particular purpose.
Liability: In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to
use the APIs, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such
damages.
9. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the APIs for any user
who violates these Terms of Service, abuses the system, engages in
unauthorized activities, or fails to maintain the confidentiality of the
Client ID and Secret. In cases of termination, users will be notified, and
access will be revoked immediately.
10. Modifications to Terms of Service
These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time to reflect changes
in business practices, regulatory requirements, or service offerings. Users
will be notified of any material changes, and continued use of the APIs
following the update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
